That Was Quick
Oct. 11th, 2017 06:49 amI absolutely did not expect to receive my Yuletide match for another week. The last couple of exchanges I've participated in took a week (or more) to make matches after sign-ups closed (though I think that one of them was small enough that the mod(s) may have made the matches personally.
Also, I did not expect to match on what I was matched on, so that's interesting. I've already got a few things swirling, but I'll need to rewatch the movies -- at least it's only a couple of movies and not an entire television series! There are a couple of books I could read that are also canon, but as the recipient has not read them either, I guess there's no reason to, unless I do the time travel AU that they asked for...which...maybe.
I've seen the recipient's name before, so either I've read their fics or they've read and commented on mine. Or perhaps both. Hard to tell.
Anyway. I should go look at the rules again. I don't even know when this is due....
